What is this website about?
The purpose of this website is to offer you (the reader), the opportunity to review a number of topics on fitness, dieting and weight-control.
Why is this different from any other of similar type of health or fitness website? Good Question…
Simply - the content on this site provides you with information that allows you to make your own choice – very subjective perhaps? But methods and theories on weight loss and fitness is very subjective.
The experts produce hundreds of books every year, each attempting to provide you with the answer to your prayers – but sadly, there are no hard and fast rules…..! The decision to be made is Yours.
What this website will do is provide you with a good balance of information allowing you to make the judgement call that suits you and what you want to achieve. The right programme not only needs to be tailored to suit you, but will need to include a mixture of the right diet with the right volume of exercise to achieve your goal (not anyone elses).
For over ’20′ years I have tried many fitness, diet and training programmes in my desire to achieve a good standard in Running, Cycling and Triathlon, but eventually settled with one that suited my working life, personal life, ability and goals – Your ’Programme’ needs to do the same.
We also have partners to our site that offer exceptional advice on the same topic – please feel free to check out: ‘Slim Weight Patch‘, providing great advice on weight loss and general well-being.
On viewing this site, you will soon note that emphasis is very much towards weight-loss and health, however, training methods and structured programmes will soon follow.
